Having
familiarized with scientific work “Neuroquad” by Igor V. Boshchenko , devoted
to the theory of creating new generation neural networks, one can draw the conclusion
that the paper is of great scientific and practical value. It is obvious that
the paper opens extremely new perspectives in the making of Artificial Life and
is significant step to creating of Artificial Intelligence. The techniques used
by Igor V. Boshchenko are known, taken separately, and applied in modern engineering,
but being used together make absolutely new effect.
Among
especially significant methods we can consider the formalization and the way of
realization of the function “Pleasure-Displeasure”, appearance of
non-biological system with showings of living system. Moreover we pay attention
to the strong backing of theoretical conclusions by the data of medicinal,
neurobiological and psychological researches, and to intimate knowledge of the
research subject. However it is necessary to be said that the new neural
network needs much more time for training comparing with today known neural
networks, but at the same time it is more adaptable, more universal and self-training
one. On the base of the paper it is possible to defense some other
dissertations.
The fields of
applications of new generation neural networks are practically unlimited. The
most obvious and perspective scopes are face recognition systems and systems of
the other biometrical information; comprehensive dynamic objects recognition
systems and direction in the real time; automated motor and tractor systems,
domestic and industrial robots, self-training security arrangements and others.
On the base of
the done research the new generation neural network can be realized within 1-2
years supplying proper investment, later it can make industrial standard.
